Refund policy

Due to orders being custom made we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges.

If a product arrives damaged you must reach out to us and submit proof within 2 business days of delivery. If product is damaged due to visible neglect on behalf of the postal service you must file a claim with the post office. If packaging is normal but product is damaged, we may offer a replacement. This will be determined on a case by case basis. 
If the address you provided for your order is correct but the post office delivers to the incorrect address you must file a claim with the post office. This is something out of our control and cannot offer a refund for.

Once a package is shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
